TUNGASUVVINGAT INUIT HOSTS ITS FIRST INUIT PRIDE CONFERENCE

OTTAWA, ON – On August 15th, Tungasuvvingat Inuit (TI) will host its first ever Inuit Pride Conference in Vanier, Ontario. The 3 day conference will bring together 25 Inuit who identify as 2SLGBTQ+, from across all regions of Inuit Nunangat and the Ottawa region. Participants will participate in activities and discuss topics concerning the queer community, as well as give recommendations for future programming at TI. All within a safe space.
